- Designer: Bertram Mackennal (obverse) and George Kruger Gray (reverse).
- Obverse (front): Shows the bare head effigy of King George V facing left, with the surrounding legend “GEORGIVS V DEI GRA: BRITT: OMN: REX”.
- Reverse (back): Features a design of a royal crown in the center of a wreath of shamrocks, thistles, and roses. The date (1933) is above the crown, with “CROWN” and the artist’s initials below. The legend around the wreath reads “FID · DEF · IND · IMP”.
